Judge Of Reflection
9 February, 2004
Author: Fallen_Angel
within the reflection
I glance back
a lie upon who I am
first impression that no one can
understand
Upon nothing that they believe
judge some one believe they'll deceive.
Lost moments
forgotten memories,
float from this
try to be what you want from me
your greed infront of my eyes,
you think you know who I am,but its just a surprise,
look harder into what you see,
I stare amongst me
emotions sway back any forth
broken memories,
look into your self south of ur soul, reach your heart and go north
your here now
empty,
forgotten
in all that could be.
if you wound see past the reflection
into the inner beauty
Let only god judge me.

Terrie* (66.81.130.136) -- Saturday, February 10 2007, 10:34 pm Mallisa, this is outstandin'! powerful surge in this painted canvass of yours. especially the endin' "LET ONLY GOD JUDGE ME" in this world of imperfection some incarcerate us within their thoughts of judgment. when they have selective vision. thank you for such a reflective portrait. i enjoyed readin' it... |
