If I Could Have Wings
13 January, 2003
Author: Mary
If I could have wings...
... there will be just one place I could be,
Far away from hate, sadness and pain.
A place of joy, happiness and love,
Endless dreams forever to live.
If I could have wings...
...I'll fly far away from this pain,
far away from the tears,
closest to the smiles,
The laughs.
If I could have wings...
...I would go over the sea,
over deserts and within trees,
searching for the perfect place
Where I could live.
If I could have wings...
...I wouldn't doubt any second
That my dreams are here to be.
And to be in my heart
And your heart, my only dream.
