Darkness
9 September, 2002
Author: Barbara Goodhew
In darkness everything is asleep.
The birds, the pets yes even the bugs.
Darkness scares some people used to scare me.
Now I see that it is peaceful.
Look forward to darkness now.
What's scarey now is seeing what goes on in the light.
To me darkness is my protecter.
Light of day is my enemy.
