You Make Me

Hopeless and in love
In pain but living my dream
Alone yet surrounded
Dead but still breathing
Overweight and beautiful
A mistake yet perfect
Young yet knowing
You say the list goes on
But I'd rather spend your time
With you loving me.

You're never alone

Really, like this poem, short, simple & COMPLETE!

Leah06,

I really, like this poem. We read poems in a different way and see different things. Although you put a lot of easy to see and feel emotion in this work, the last couple of lines reminded me of a song. The main, hook line in the song is, "A little Less Talk and A Lot More Action."

Very good Leah06,
