I Love You

Author: Meg
I love you lots
Like you'll never understand
I love my life
as it grasps my hand.
I was so happy
I felt I could explode
I skipped for my excitement
Travelling that road.
Ive been as far
as my spirit can see
Ive come to a dead end
"now its all finished" says he.
Why do I have to go
When I feel this complete?
I didnt expect this at all,
Ive fallen off my feet.
Im so sorry Im leaving
If I had my way I wouldnt
I wish I could hold you now
I asked, but he said I couldnt.
Dont cry now
Everything happens for a reason
He told me its just my minute,
my hour, my day, my season.
Ill see you again soon
even though it already seems too much,
Ill hold you close to me again
feel your kiss, your love, your touch...
Thanks for making my life
as wonderfully good as it was to be
Ill appreciate my last minute forever
laughing, you and me.
