That Night Was A Gift
21 November, 2002
Author: Mental
that night was a gift
underneath the sheets
oversheared mind rifts
my tears were stabbing the streets.
frozen on the pavement
the love that was hot
was frozen in amazement
then my overbearing emotions got caught.
the years have past
every time i think of her
my heart beats really fast.
frozen moments linger within
the moon
the stars and the cold wind.
