Dads
10 September, 2001
Author: Michael Finley
Dads are great when you need to talk,
They are there for you when you want to take a walk.
Dads know what to do.
When you need someone to love,
He will be there to wrap around you like a glove.
Your dad is the most special one of all,
And he will never let you fall.
So when you think about calling someone you care about,
Call your dad and he won't let you pout.
------- Author's Notes -------

I (64.12.117.71) -- Sunday, December 20 2009, 12:21 am Mine died while I was young, over 30 years ago, yet at times the pain is as if it happened yesterday. The love and bond between a father and daughter is one of the most specials relationships on earth. A father is the one and only man in a girl's life that no matter what she's does, right or wrong, he will always be there for her and love her. That guarantee only comes from a daughter's father...No other man in a woman's life can guarantee something like that. Merry Christmas in Heaven Dad... |
