Home
a paradise
in my eyes..
Pretty cottage
sloping red rof
white fence
wooden gate
winding path
grass around
pretty hedge
lillies roses
sunflowers surround.
Silence broken
by twittering sounds
frolicking inside
the stoney birdbath
oh! what a sight
it seems fun
out in the sun.
silent wind
brushes the twigs
of the sturdy tree
golden leaves
set free
crunchy carpet
on the ground
is anyone around?
following the soft
whispering tones
of two lovers
music hovers
laughter silence
broken kisses
thats the kind
of home
my heart longs
and misses.

Pamela (66.38.146.204) -- Thursday, January 29 2004, 04:28 am I have imagined the same place in my mind so many times. I am so in love with this poem, for it makes me feel as at ease within myself as the swaying trees. |
