Petals Of Love
22 December, 2003
Author: Moonstarshine
Send me a bouquet of the prettiest roses
colours of yellows and pinks will do
lillies of the valley, daisies and tube roses,
petals sprinkled with morning dew..
And as I touch each petal I'll feel,
all your love in it concealed..
your caring gesture, your thoughtfulness,
will touch me with deep tenderness..
for if.. after when I'm dead and gone
and you find yourself yet all alone..
you will remember the beautiful
bouquet you once gave
to be worth all the petals.
you'll ever shower upon my grave...

I can't even imagine where you get your inspiration from, its like...somehow you seperate yourself into a whole different world...and that's exactly what a real poet does! He/she slips away into a dimension of their own mind and get their best work done there! I love the way you think! Awesome Work! |
