Dreaming to forget
The hardships of the moment
A momentary vacation
To where my mind, body, and soul
Are at a total point of relaxation.
Dreaming to escape
My daily responsibilities
To go to a place without consequences
Where I can do
Without thinking twice
Dreaming to remember
The days of my past
Where I always was surrounded by love
Which I took for granted
Dreaming to live
Force feeding myself breaths of hope
Acting as my respirators
My life line to life
Dreaming in the hope
That maybe one day
I will meet someone who will embrace
My full persona.
