Not A Real Goodbye
4 October, 2003
Author: Morgan
I didn't know that when I said goodbye it meant goodbye forever,
I didn't know that would be the end right there,
I think back to when we were happy,
When we were together,
Smiling at the good times we had,
Crying for those times we will never have again,
Wanting what I can't have,
As I sit here each day,
I know I love you still,
Lying in bed at night has gotten easier,
But all I wish for is to see your face,
Hold your hand,
Or steal that kiss,
The things I'll never get,
Are the things I want the most.
