The Insanity Of Denial
6 January, 2004
Author: Pamela O'Brien
The insanity
Creeping slowly to first place
Too late to turn back
Another hopeless case
The noise
Persistant and growing louder
Hard to hear the screams for help
Over the laughter
Gotta know that denial's a factor
On this one way track of emotional disaster.....
The ringing
Constant and such a distraction
Can't admit to being lonely
When you can't get any reaction
The chaos
Pulling me in four different directions
Being ripped apart
Offers no protection
Gotta know that denial's a factor
On this one way track of emotional disaster.....
