Unfold Your Heart To Me
26 October, 2003
Author: Pamela O'Brien
Let's spend some time together
And read between the lines
Let's ditch the crowd and dancing
Just for this one night
I want to watch your heart unfold
As you listen to mine
Take a chance on me babe
You could be pleasantly surprised
The treasures we'll unearth
While we sip on cheap wine
Because as someone I know once said to me.....
We have got nothing but time

Martin Vann (63.208.40.110) -- Wednesday, October 29 2003, 08:49 pm There is no such thing as cheap wine, when you share it with a lady, a woman soft and kind. My eyes will open up to your precious heart, its not cheap wine, that makes me love you so. the wine is cheap, because, that is all we can afford. The love, that you offer me, no king could buy, and Many have tried, and finally, "they," ran out of time, but here I am, and you are real, and I so happy, I'm here with you. How about another drink, of this rather, cheap wine? This is a POEM of the heart! MartinV |
Pamela (66.38.146.7) -- Thursday, October 30 2003, 02:50 am Thanks Martin! I am so glad you liked this poem! It is so sensual in a non-sexual kind of way. I wrote it about a guy I have been seeing lately, but we still haven't sat and unfolded our hearts to each other..... We are on our way :O) Thanks Again |
