My First Time
8 March, 2003
Author: Pamela O'Brien
My breathing became spiratic
And my lungs were ready to burst
I clutched my heart desperately
It’s beat beginning to panic
Hands shaking
Lips trembling
Mind racing
Butterflies in flight
Swarmed my stomach
It was the first time I ever heard music.
