All That Is Remaining
4 January, 2003
Author: Pamela O'Brien
So he broke it once and somehow still,
Most of my heart remained.
So I fell apart and turned to darkness,
And became forever stained.
So I left my home and started fresh,
And found happiness again.
So I met another who captured my soul,
And I couldn't even refrain.
So he broke what was left of my heart,
And now only a fragment remains.
A fragment that is shattered from pain.
And I will never be the same. .
