If I Could
23 October, 2002
Author: Pamela O'Brien
If I could have my way,
There would be mood music
like in the movies
and you wouldn't have to push play
If I could have my way,
There would an soft orange sky
for all 24 hours of an official day
If I could change my past,
I wouldn't have assumed so much
and there are alot more questions I would've asked
If I could determine my destiny,
I would pay more attention
to the little things people say to me

Luc (67.36.176.16) -- Friday, October 25 2002, 05:38 am i like those last three lines. but i think people shoud pay more attention to the little things people say becouse they might be the most important. though i guess you already though of that. |
Tiffany (68.10.181.250) -- Friday, October 25 2002, 08:33 pm so demanding and wishful deffinitly like. Keep writing |
Pamela (66.38.146.78) -- Sunday, October 27 2002, 05:53 pm I like that it came across as demanding to you Tiffany, I didn't intend it to seem that way but I rather like that it did. And Luc, I guess what that particular line is trying to express is - if I knew my outcome, I wouldn't be so preoccupied with myself and I could listen to everyone else a lot more intently. |
