Everyone's drinking and feasting again,
Yay! Yay! It's time to celebrate,
Come on, they say, don't hesitate.

But I'm not in the mood to party today,
I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry you see,
This holiday had a very special meaning to me.
Don't worry! Don't worry! Don't worry they yell,
They don't understand that to me this is hell,
Having to re-live the memories,
Of good times passed with people like these.
I can't! I can't! I can't I cry,
It's impossible for me to have a good time,
You will! You will! You will they try to convince,
But they don't realize that it reminds me of HIM. ..

cant help but laugh, i mean in a good way. i liked it alot. ok then replace laugh with smile? eh. i liked the way you kept repeating the words, " i can't! i cant! i cant i cry" i liked that part the most. when you repeated the words. ^.^

LOL - this poem was meant to be kind of sarcastic anger, so I am not surprised that you laughed. I think I just repeated the words because I hate it when peple don't understand that I mean what I am saying, so I just repeat myself over and over again hoping they will get the gist.
