Wave Of Refreshment
11 October, 2002
Author: Pamela O'Brien
It's interesting how a few simple words,
Can inspire a person to put their soul on paper,
And yet in just as few simple words,
Your soul can be turned to vapour.
A comment made by someone left me with a wave of refreshment and enthusiasm,
However, the love that I gave left me with a tsunami of pessimism.
The sum of all my fears can be depicted in contradiction,
It's interesting because I defend myself against those who offer protection.
