Rejected Again
18 September, 2002

Every time I think I've found someone great,
I end up rejected again.
And just when I think things are going my way,
I end up rejected again.
When I see my reflection in the mirror,
I end up rejected again.
And when a friend attempts to get nearer,
I end up rejecting them.
I sure hope this means something to somebody,
Or I'll end up rejected again.

It just spilled Out

Sometimes I write poems without even looking at it until I am completely done. They usually end up being the ones that are the most truthful, because I don't even have time to reconsider my words. I'm real glad this meant something to somebody ......
