To Look Away 2
16 September, 2002
Author: Pamela O'Brien
The steady silence that continued so relentless,
Causing an awkward atmosphere and leaving behind disappointment,
Reminds me somewhat of your feelings towards me.
The chilly breeze that blew so insistently,
Bringing a sense of discomfort and sending a chill down my spine,
Reminds me somewhat of your eyes so cold.
The sadness that grasped me heart so demandingly,
Squeezing every ounce of strength I had left in my body,
Makes it impossible to look your way..
