Haiku Pale Blue Summer
6 July, 2003
Author: Pondering Red
this pale blue summer
so full of festivals
i dive into it
colours and flavours
energy buzzing
i savour it all
wildness surrounds me
early summers energy
sustains my spirit
images of you
your eyes are shooting blue light
you float on a cloud
savage heat sizzles
i sit alone without you
the plants are smiling
your blue guitar crys
sweat and tears cloud my eyelids
are you really gone ?
bottles of white wine
scents of sweet grass swirl around
i feel your presence
such haunting lyrics
you smile at me from a dream
and speak in a song
no sign of a breeze
i can finally lie down
as your eyes shoot blue light
