Suns Set
29 March, 2003
Author: Pondering Red
when the suns set
all those times-
nights of pain
and resurrection
from the trauma
of our ill fated
love adventure-
where were you?
when the pinks
and purples
bled from the sky
and cast
colour shadows upon
my sorrow-
where were you?
when night crawled
over this past frozen winter-
when the ice glowed
black
from the moon
with the broken heart-
where were you,
my bitter sweetheart?
may i ask
where were you?
