I Sit In Time
19 February, 2002
Author: Pondering Red
i sip a young wine fruity
spashing its
bubbles upon my lips
pursed to welcome new words
kisses of chocolate
spill on me
hot and frothy
i lick the suds of cream.....
where are you
have not come yet
please i wait in this shop
forever
a spirit, a portrait of a woman
sipping lifes joys
reflecting on tomorrow
anticipating yesterday
i play with the crumbs of cake
rich icing strawberrys
licking
ohh desert and coffee cream and berrys
and so i wait for you
my afternoon after desert
