I Lay And Cry by RubyDragon

My eyes are burning so hot
through so many tears flowing,
I'm lost and my heart apins me
I sit not knowing where I'm going,
maybe she never really loved me
if she does why does she flee,

all I wish is to hold her
be there when she cries,
love her with all my inner soul
for my anguish I cannot deny,
alone and hurt once more
my heart and soul she tore,

shattered, broken, and scarred
with nothing to display,
no future together or love to have
shakin, scared in my bed I lay,
another one to say goodbye
another one that made me cry!!

It's a hurtful thing
Feeling lost, disheveled, out of place, guilt, and hurt all wrapped up in one. I've been to that level and back, and I can truly say it's a hurtful thing feeling so sour like that. But, hold on rubydragon, and find strength through your skilled poetry!!
We will stand against depression!! LOL!
