Beckoning Heart
28 May, 2003
Author: RubyDragon
I look for her but cannot find
constantly scanning the moonlight,
a lonely tear flows down my cheek
been here nearly all night,
in my dreams, I am so far lost
away from the painful feelings at most,
beckoning is my heart for her
I know she's out there somewhere,
the lover of my dreams, the possessor of my heart
beauty of her eyes sparkle, for her I care,
wishing for her love and warming arms
to wrap me up with true loves charms,
lost two Angels in my dying past
the next I will never let go,
for I will never need to
for me her heart and wings will glow,
my love is here, such a vast distance
if only she would appear and give me a chance. I need her now!
