Seeking
21 November, 2003
Author: Russ Rhoe
Let me be your teacher....
and I will learn from you.
Ask me the answers....
and I will give you the questions.
I'll learn from you....
what I already know.
Open your eyes....
and you will hear me.
Listen....
and you will see.
Trust the voice of your heart....
calling my name.
Why am I the left hand....
and you the right,
if we were not meant....
to hold something together?
Why do we follow the same path,
if we were not meant to travel it....
together?
What you want from me....
I've already given you.
what I need from you....
you've already offered.
There are no pieces to pick up....
no puzzles to solve.
Listen to the silence....
do you hear me now?
Why do we both keep seeking....
what we've already found?
Each other.
I'm packed and ready.... (with provisions for two)
did you bring the directions?
