Restless Heart
8 April, 2004
Author: Moonstarshine
A night of silence
restless, my soul
deep in the abyss
rages a storm..
Take my hand
oh! blowing winds
away from these
thundering..
rains of pain.
Gather the
gentelness
of my being,
lead me to a quiet
shelter..
for only in solitude
this heart would find
what it yearns for..
complete inner peace
and calm from
within.

Meridian (64.12.116.206) -- Friday, April 9 2004, 06:49 pm Hey Moonstarshine! You're waaaaaaaaaay better than Shakespeare! Your poems capture one's eye! With the word usage; it all comes alive! You can see the storm take place, and someone tossing and turning from a "Restless Heart"!! This is interesting and fascinating! Keep those lovely poems coming!! Meridian |
