Sang To You by Ryan

I sang to you
all the while you just smiled
kept looking strait at me
seems as if thru me

strait thru
strait to the wall
looked like you were gunna fall
down to your knees just me
those eyes locked on me green like the sea
i see you seeing me
tears flowing down my eyes
for i thought you actually liked it

you told me once you didn't like it
what changed?

then i look up and realize its just a picture

How sweet.......
This poem was beautiful Ryan, I thought it was absolutely romantic. How were you able to come up with the feature of the "green eyes"? They made me feel like the poem was real. I have to admit, it's usually the strongest of poets that get the true inspiration. Then again everyone does as well. Again, nice work! Very deep and sweet!
