Sanctuary
26 December, 2002
Author: Sax
I need to find sancuary.
I need to ask you for sanctuary.
I need to escape what plauges me.
I need to become blind for a moment.
I want it gone.
I need a place to hide,
I need a place,
so that what plagues me passes by,
looking for me elseware,
but haunting me no more.
Perhaps a tomb.
Yes yes,
a tomb,
a tomb.
If I cannot find a sanctuary,
if you cannot give me sanctuary,
if I cannot find a place to lay my head,
with anyone,
anywhere,
and I end up being locked out in the cold.
Then,
perhaps,
I'll find eternal sanctuary,
within that tomb over there.

MERIDIAN (64.12.116.202) -- Monday, February 23 2004, 11:56 pm That's a good way to relief frustration and let go of aggravation. There couldn't have been a better poem. Sax, such a nice start |
