Return Of An Angel

A state of shock.

The sky explodes in a brilliant blue,
a second star forms above all.
Shockwaves expand outward,
approaching the ground,
flying skward,
reaching to my castle.

The thunderous boom echos about,
at this height I can hear it,
but it has yet to reach those below.

This second sun,
the sudden explosion,
slowly fades,
but the resulting glory,
the figure,
remained.

I had always,
deep in my heart,
wished this day would come.

But as the days had passed,
as this war dragged on,
the hope became a dream,
the dream became a wish,
and that wish was diminishing.

But now the day I had wanted,
so so badly,
has finally arrived.

A state of joy.

Demons scream in agony,
as her very presence,
makes many melt away.

An eternally fractured heart,
becomes renewed,
and is healed of many wounds.

But suddenly my mood is sobered.
There is someone in my life,
a fellow artist...
Whom I will end up hurting...

That day,
the day I hurt someone close to me,
is the day I wish never happens.

But my heart is desperatly pulling me toward her.
Time,
the past year,
may suddenly collapse,
and things will be ultimatly returned,
to the way things once were.

Will it be like the past year never mattered?
