Vendetta -12

Author: Seizure
I've dodged a few swings, how did I get here?
We have both been fighting, for over a year
How can I kill, something that can't die?
I have no idea, but still, I have to try
Perhaps if I do, what he did to me
I can take my wings back, I picked up some debris
I swung with all my might and lobbed off his head
His body is still fighting, shit, he isn't dead
I stabbed him with my rod, and flipped him around
I turned it sideways and pinned him to the ground
I stuck it in the rock, he was finally pinned
His head looked up at me, and simply grinned
He said, "You finally won, now what will you do?"
Oh, I had a clue, and he knew it too
I returned to his corpse, my wings sewn in with strings
I grabbed a sharp rock, "Tell me if this stings"
I just started cutting, careful not to hurt
Either of my wings, cuz then I can't convert
My wings back onto me, so I can leave here
Just another moment, then I'll disappear
I tore the wings from him, and held them close to me
Finally all this time, finally I am free
I left his body there, it is my time now
I have turned so cruel, and I don't care how
