A Day To Be There
29 December, 2001
Author: Serenity
What a day to meet you,
What a day to make you cry,
All those tears I lifted from your eyes...
What a day to lift you higher.
Here in this world,
Alone with what little has stayed with you
There isn't much I can do,
But ease the pain,
Know it will never be the same,
If I'm there with you.
It is said that the special people you find,
Will always haunt your mind.
So no matter what I try to do,
I can't stop thinking of you...
So when the world has left you on your own
And you feel as if you stand alone,
Know that I'll always be there,
All because I simply care.
If ever you feel it's the end and you can't go on living,
Know that I'll make your end a new beginning.
