A Hole In My Heart

Dad where are you??
Is what I ask god everyday
I know you're out there
Going through life your way

Dad why did you leave me again
Is another one I ask often
Noone could ever take your place
not even if mom dated ten thousand men

Dad you let me down again
I waited until 2am this time
I got sick of waiting for you
so I decided to write this rhyme

Dad you were doing good for a while
I saw you almost every week
Then you pull this and disapear?
Where is the father I so badly seek

I dont know what you expect me to think
I'm so mad at you I can barely breath
Me and little Joyce had to pretend you were here
How can you promise the world and then leave

Dad I dont know weather to be mad or forgive
This is the last time I want to be in this situation
I'm leaving our relationship up to you from this point
But I hope my love for you will be your inspiration

Dad theres just one more thing
That I think you should know
Me and little Joyce
WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU MORE THEN YOU KNOW

HEARTFELT

Very powerful.... made my eyes swell, got me thinking of my "two" whom lost their DAD to death...HOPE the BEST to you....someone out there definently needs to be guided to this site....
