At Her Window
6 April, 2002
Author: Shyanne
She's drawn to her window
her heart full of pain...
Hoping he'll return
her love to reclaim
Soon he's standing at the gate
Oh, what will he say...
It seemed to her that time stood still
Would he go..or would he stay
In his hand he holds a rose
and hope lived for a moment...
Slowly he turns..why oh why
Closing the curtain..she begins to cry
