An Eternity Without You
20 February, 2001
Author: Stephanie
The sun rises and morning comes,
Another day begins without you.
I wake up longing to feel the warmth of your touch,
But my loneliness has only grew anew.
As time goes by and the hours start to creep,
There is no way to settle a love so deep.
I hope, I pray, I search for a sign,
I will always await that one day when you would be mine.
The sun begins to fall and the night sets in,
Living without you is such an unbearable thought that I don't know where to begin.
The days go on and start just the same,
I sleep by myself at night calling out your name.
Each day is like this, I don't know what to do,
Until I can be with you forever, I'll spend an eternity without you.
