Silence
2 February, 2004
Author: Bench
There is silence...
No exchange of words,
Wondering what went wrong.
Was it something I said,
Or didn't say?
Was it something I did,
Or didn't do?
And the silence deafens me
Slowly, everyday.
To see you yet not seeing.
To hear you yet not hearing.
To be with you
Yet like we are worlds apart.
And the silence kills me
Slowly, everyday.

And also "To see you yet not seeing, To hear you yet not hearing.." It was great, keep it up, I like all your poems... |
