My Savior

When life leaves my body,
and death takes control.
Hold on to me gently, until
I finally let go.
When the echoes of the Angels
find my spirit free.
I will soar up to the sky
My Savior waits for me.
I will be at ease, and pain
shall be no more.
There I will be standing
at Heaven's holy door.

The 2 boys I did not know, but the girl I knew her, and her family for years. This young lady was truely an angel. I wrote this poem because of them. The loss of a child would have to be the most hardest thing in this life to ever try to face. So this poem is for the three angels who left this life behind to go to another. |
