Storms Of The Heart
30 December, 2003
Author: Terrie*
trying to keep a heart content
is a hard task to do
you go thru the emotions
the sacrafices that are difficult to bear
in every touch you become as fragile as crystal
you fall in love all is well
you have a child or two still content
adding more stress to your heart
loving can hurt just as much
because someday
that person you love may not be around
they die
you ask why?
your heart breaks
your heart aches
it begins to cry
your heart only knew love
it kept multiplying
it felt the pain of loving so much
it started out with love thru touch, thru smiles
thru a simple gesture
then one day the storm drifted in
turbulance hit hard, real hard
you felt life was so unfair
for taking away the only love you shared
the sunny skies are soon changed
into gloomy days all overcast
your love has past
ever notice how
storms of the heart first begin?
breath in..
hug it..
fall in love w/it..
hold it...
capture its innocent side..
talk about it..
miss it..
spend some time w/it
when you loose it, it is the same
you breath it,hug it, love it, hold and capture it
talk about it..
miss it..
spend some time w/it
in this circle of life
it takes you back where you started...
within the storms of the heart....
