I am safe
you hold me tight
sometimes I feel your pain
I am protected by the words that you speak

I can sing
I can dance
I can laugh
I can cry
I am protected by the warmth of your soul

I'm very private deep down, I keep myself hid
up against your flesh
when your happy
it makes me smile deep within each chamber i posses
when your sad I try to comfort you
you protect me from the pain
I find comfort up against your chest
you have done so much for me
you have always made me # 1

you keep my blood flowing
every day you breath is a big blessing for me
together you and i will always be
we protect each other in this life
you are the air that I breath
until the end of time
I am yours
I will remain true to you
as you have for me
we were meant to be
I belong by your side
no one can take my place
for I am your heart......
