You Are

sitting here along the beach,
with you within my reach
what a perfect scene
especially when you reach over and lean,
my head upon your chest
the sunset is at it's best
the waves are calm, the moon is full,
at a distance we can hear the sea gulls too.
i love that sparkle in your eye
your quite a guy
i enjoy holding your hand
as we walk thru the sand
i
love feeling free
enjoy your arms wrapped around me
cherish how we talk and share
appreciate having you there
the moon displays quite a light
it is such an awesome sight
time has passed on by
i breath in and sigh
i sit at the beach
your no where in reach
one year later
still a perfect scene
for miles it can be seen
the sunset is still at its best
tonight i'm a solo guest
one can still see and hear the sea gulls
waves remain calm, the moon is still full
i miss that sparkle in your eye
you were my only guy
i miss
holding your hand
walking in the sand
i don't want to feel free
i long for your arms wrapped around me
i miss
what we shared
having you there
moon still gives off an awesome light
you and i we were very tight
now you are...a star
that shines so bright from afar
you are the light
that iluminates from the moon so bright
you are the sand
that feels good in my hand
you are..
the dew that falls upon me
the breeze that that wraps around me
the feelings in my soul
a sweet memory that will not fade
