Passion
27 March, 2003
Author: Texas
he sits and watches t.v.
looking at these people
that dont have any respect for our nation or our troops,
it sends a raging passion in him to just wanna yell,
these people dont see through it all,
they dont see we are there to help to liberate,
they think we are just there for oil and be bullies,
its not the same in his day,
when there was war you stood behind your troops and country,
now a days hardly anyone will even open a door for an old vet,
its not till he sees a kid in jrotc,
dressed in a uniform that says "how are you doing today sir",
it puts a tear in his eye to finally see someone who cares,
this puts a passion of hope for the future in him
