Tears Shed
3 October, 2001
Author: Tiffany Rider
As we walked,
we watched the tears shed the fears spread though out the city.
Parents begging for their family members to come back home.
I don't want to be alone in this world.
Fires made by people who didn't know us and didn't seem to care.
Restitution is all it is. No one did anything to deserve this action.
The wind blows and the riffle takes the spirits, happy and sad moments all over the world.
We can't stop them. The fires get bigger with scares everywhere.
What about the homes I ask?
What about the children they're so young.
Tears for people we didn't know hitting the ground and striating the rocks below.
I'm heart broken and no one can help, for all those people we give you hope
