Grandpa's Little Angel

Sitting there on your lap.
Laughing, giggling, worshiping every word spoken to me.
You'd kiss my forehead,
and say Grandpa's little Angel.
You promised never to leave me
Then that day came, phone rang and
they told me you were gone.
A silent tear ran down my check,
In hopes of you wiping it away.
Days and weeks pasted yet I still couldnt face reality.
Granpa was gone, whose little Angel would I be now.
Depression took over, sickness came over me.
Then on that one night you came to me, whispered in my ear.
Told me you was fine and that Granpa's little Angel must still go on.
There Grandpa stood, my angel, my light.
Grandpa's Little Angel I will always be.

This is a poem, of a true life experience. Many do not believe in life after death. My great grandfather came back to me as an angel. |

Then seeing him one night knowing he was an angel. My dad just passed away a year ago, and I got the phone call from my sister, and a single tear ran down my face. I faced severe depression as well because I didn't know if there was truly life after death, until one night. I woke out of a dead sleep, not even from hearing a noise. Then when I look to my side, I see a face that's so transparent, and it was my dad! What a touching story.... |

They said it was a dream, but i was awake for sure sitting up in bed. I could have reached out and touch my great Granddad. Best of luck to you and god bless. |
