Scars
23 February, 2004

vinebar

The madness within
The ritual abuse
Blood stained wrists
And scars upon my flesh
The pain inside always lasts
Scars soon will be fading fast
Roll up your sleeves
The razor will cut with ease
Drop the blade
And fall on bended knees
Upon the wings of a broken dove
Searching for acceptance
Searching for love
Scars should be worn proudly
Like metals won in war
Scars should be show with pride
For each one comes from the hurt inside
