Corner
4 December, 2003
Author: Tzuhsi
She sat in the corner
Crying away
Trying to cry out all her pain
But it lingured and stayed
No one can see her
Though they keep walking by
She holds out her hand
Reaching for the sky
She asks for help to get her past
All her fears and sadness
That seems to always last
She thinks to herself if she really belongs
In such a world
That doen't seem to get along
Still sitting in the corner
Depressed was her soul
She covers up with old news papers
For some shelter
From the freezing cold
And yet she continues to sit in the corner alone
Dreaming of acceptance
Dreaming of a home
Out of the cold
And sitting infront of a fire
This is all she wants
Her only desire
To come out of the corner where she sits
Find a comfortable place
Where she can now warm her frozen finger tips
