Compliments To Poe

Fear lay only in others eyes,
Dreams shuttered my mind from all demise,
That my reality be ignored.

That I'd wander, search and wonder,
Eventually be led asunder,
Plundered by my want for more.

And so upon my dorm I waited,
Hope, desire, all negated,
Lay dead consuming most my floor.

All of my attention gathered,
Upon a ring my dream was shattered,
A piercing coming from the door.

To the door did I decent,
A stranger seeking but a moment,
Though her presence was not deplored.

As she wandered, clearly speaking,
On some subject were we critiquing,
Throughout her mind did I explore.

>From my door did we hence flutter,
Sweet enchanting words she muttered,
Ever careless of our yore.

A crush, which held her heart some days,
She alerted me of with such praise,
Complexed the depths of my core.

Could it be that this young damsel,
Be henceforth held by my feint dazzle,
Could swim the depths of my hearts Loire?

We wandered throughout the shallow deep,
Careless of why the sky did weep,
The ground about did not implore.

Alas our presence her dormance received,
A glance that she be left relieved,
Assured to be alone nomore.

With that glance, did we depart.
Hopes and desires caressed my heart,
Compiled till they made a tor,

With such ignorance shall I enter,
Allow another into my center?
That my heart be ravaged more.

Or shall I ponder? Wait and hide,
Till with reality my dreams collide,
To take their place upon my floor.
And such ill wonder, evermore.

MY GEEZNESS

I am very proud of you bro!
This is magnificent...
A true piece of literature.
You are very deep...
One of the most interesting people I have met.
((evil grins))
"East of Eden" is not a good book.
I have just started reading "Their Eyes Were Watching God"... it seems like it is a good book.
TTYL... after New Orleans.
I love you!!!
