Walking around as if everything is ok
No one knows what I did today
You look at me and think I am alright
If you only look harder you would see all
my fright
I wear long sleeves so no one can see
Exactly what life has done to me
Secret shame on my arms
Telling stories of wars I have not won
I wonder if I wasn't here
Would this place be full of cheer
Why don't you see that I'm crying inside
You just look and don't go past the
outside
Hold my hand and come with me
If you want to know the pain hidden
within me
Feel my pain deep inside
All the pain I try to hide
Look at my scars
Of stories untold
This is cut #1
I made when I was 12 years old
Look here at cut #2
This is the one I made when he sent me a
stupid wooden shoe
Cut #3 through #6
I did each of these with an added twist
I burned the knife then javved it in
Because he sent me a damn wooden shoe
again
All the rest are secrets for me
I told you a little
Of the secrets I hide
Just so you will see some of my pain
deep inside

| Leah (142.59.104.228) -- Wednesday, September 17 2003, 06:30 am if you want out than (try) i mean really try...i dont know if you had a hard life from the sounds of it you do but alot of ppl have to overcome things that happened in their lives ,ost ppl go on without fixing the problem but still go on and some give up and live soaked in fear and pain or you can find answers from your heart and tear away the lies and search for what is true...I hope you find your way try.....try... |
