Love

Author: Bench
Blinded by a light that was not blinding
There was fear all around yet I am not afraid
A sinking sensation enveloped me
Yet I felt like I was rising
The tears that came were not of sadness
Transcending the physical, I felt no pain
I'm beyond all emotions as I look down on the world
I wanted to wonder at the beauty that I see
But I am beyond comprehension of what is happening to me
I am free, I am flying, soaring on angels' wings
I wanted to shout but nothing would come out
I am bursting with the energy that is inside
The realization then hit me as I searched for the reason
I love and am loved by the person that means so much to me.
