So Long
28 December, 2001
Author: Xeracy
It's been so long since I could meet you.
It's been so long since I could see you.
It's been so long since I could feel you.
And maybe it should stay that way.
But there is this feeling that I can't stop.
But there is this pain that I can't ignore.
But there is this gapping hole that I can't fill.
I just can't let you go away.
Because I messed up and betrayed you.
Because I messed up and didn't call you.
Because I messed up and I left you.
I really sorry It's this way.
I never meant to hurt you.
I never meant to leave you.
I never meant to love you,
If it was going to end up this way.

Po-et-ic dreemer (174.253.179.153) -- Monday, September 19 2011, 06:01 am Very good poem Xeracy, the thought of loving someone or something can seem like a great idea and how a person hs made u feel while it's good and bad at the same time drives almost everyone crazy. That's the power of "change" when people want to change the person not the problem! |
