Nobody Wants To Know
27 November, 2002
Author: Xeracy
I don't know about you,
But I've found myself.
I'm at the bottom of a tissue box,
Soaking up peoples tears.
Someone has to do the dirty work.
The jobs that people look down on.
Something everyone likes to look at,
But never wants to be.
They say I'm perfect.
Lies.
They don't know
What I'm like inside.
They can see my mask.
It's far from the truth.
Show people what they "want" to see.
They despise whats real.
There is no problem with this.
Just lie.
Everything works better that way.
Everythings easier they say.
No one wants to know you.
Lie.

barb (216.123.56.126) -- Sunday, December 1 2002, 06:11 pm its true xeracy. good writing. I found people just want a happy face.no problems, but the ones that really care listen to your problems, others are acquaintances and just ignore their treatment. My view anyways. |
